Open answer to a letter from a friend…
One of my friends sent me letter out-bursting his emotion on my decision to work as construction laborer.
The content of the letter is published here
I thought many other might have similar thinking, hence I thought of publishing it.

Thanks for your letter. At least It proves you care for me. One would expect such kind of “opposition” against decisions like this from family members only.
I always knew that your willingness to love is more than your capacity to love…
To love is to give, to share, to make happy…
But what happens when you want to give more than you have !!!
You give your idea, fear, rejection, prejudice, belief, desire… i.e. EGO
My friend that’s what you are doing now !!!
You are offering me your Ego i.e. anything that separates you from GOD
You have a belief, do you expect me to have same belief?
You have some desires, I can have different desires
You have fears, why should I have those fears?
You have a goal, I have a different goal
You have an idea of achieving a goal, do you expect me to follow yours, which is only in your mind and never got executed?
You have written that if I keep on helping people then I will reach God oneday..
Lets start from what you understand…
Helping poors and needy ones, which could be done better in IT career, is but just one kind of help one can do
To help and serve the poors and needy ones is what we all need to start with
This is because its very easy – all it requires is our willingness to help to our capacity
But of course never to get limited with this
God Realization means union of a soul with GOD
How can one unite with GOD, if he has not become like GOD?
To become like GOD means to be able to love like GOD
If one’s goal is to achieve God-Union then
Simply earning money and use them to serve the poor and needy ones is far from sufficient
Beside willingness to love ALL, he needs to BE ABLE to love all
To be able to love requires us to be strong in life
Being Strong has many aspects…
One of the aspect relavant to current context is:
Its our ability to live life happily even in most adverse situation
Just like if you can lift 100Kg of wt normally, lifting 50kg of wt is no work for you
If you can lift only 20Kg of wt, anything more than 20 kg is real hard for you
What’s the benefit?
When you know that you can handle any situation there won’t be any fear of losing, which is a big blockage on the way to GOD
When you don’t have FEAR, you follow your heart – you follow God
Well, this is just one aspect. There are many other things that you gain by becoming Strong in your life.

simple words: jab log accha kaam karte hain to woh exposure nahi karte … what are you expecting from people by putting a blog and etc … bhai … simple wording yeh hai ki … chup chap kaam karo .. fal ki ittchaa mat karo … aur exposure aur apni badaiyan logon se lena band karo … tumhare jaise india mein bahut log hain … jo expose nahi karte hain … u want to earn a name from this …

i was just thinking of Autobiography of a Yogi
Yogananda quite often had opposition to following his correct path.
But he had faith in God and his guru- who is in all and teaches thru all.
we do some seemingly wacky things at guruji’s ‘direction’. but it is so good for us and for getting good karma. we follow that truth that we know deep down and have total faith in Guru, based on experience…

People might be praising you guys.
In my opinion, Its just a brainwash by your Guru and you are following him blindly with a GREED of meeting GOD. Having a greed to get something is also taking you away from GOD.

I always support you – reason is that I want to see you happy. I don’t want to see you unhappy even if you earn a million dollar a month. However, I don’t know why I liked the reply of your friend. He is also right. This what we kept you saying, right?
What you are doing – is to mingle with GOD, so called God Realization.
What your friend said – is Nar ke seva Narayan ke Seva. Nar kis tarha ke seva chahetay hey Nar se pucho. And, you can only do a seva when you are at that position. As water flows from top to down, you should be at the higher end. By doing your current job will you be at that position?
Juli said your friend said 100% correct. And I explained her just the way you have have written over here (before reading your answer).
I REALLY don;t know what is correct but Gandhiji also served a million by living a simple life. Buddha, being a king could have done the same (with Money and power) but why did he choose a Sanyasi life?

The TRUTH is that GOD is the doer
We become the means when we are open and ready for it
I am OPEN to do anything that GOD wants me to DO

Dear Mr Praveen Gupta,
What is the your problem ? Why can let him do what he wants to do in his life ? If you are so annoyed with blogging just keep away from it as i can see you are doing same by replying to it. And do you think yours is the only way to reach god then go and follow it. If gopo has his own way let him follow it. You said “to hardwar or rishikesh ja ke meditation kar ” , please go and prove it , we all will follow you ….

Though your friend has written very bitter truth , i am with Mr. Praveen Gupta.
you just want to escape from this mechanical world.I dont know what you are doing there. It is just a wastage of a national resource.Had you worked hard and send all the money to these labourers , or you could have opened a yoga school or a orpahanage, every one would have appreciated.
Mr.Gopo ,you need to rehabilitate yourself to a psychiatryst. You are wasting your valuable time. Please arise and awake….. you are not guided properly by your so called Guru. I some time feel your guru is wasting you..you are blindly following him without analysing anything.

dear mr. rajendra, mujhe bhagwan ko doodhne ki jaroorat nahi hai … woh mere andar khud hai … rishikesh tum jaise bhoole bhatke logon ke liye hai .. taki unko wahan ja ke pata lage ki bhagwan kahan hai … well i always beleive in critics … so never mind … jo kuch karna hai ,,, karo … maine kab mana kiya hai … but dhong mat karo … meri sehat mein kuch asar nahi hone wala hai … jai ram ji ki …

You are quite right that god is inside us only. But how to realize that. If you have some easy formula just share in this thread. It was our request to gopo to keep blogging your experience. As lot of people do blogging why do’nt you see it as just another blog.

Dear Mr.Gopabandhu,
This is really nice to listen to the heart;but how can you sure that your are listining it honestly and there is no gap between your inner heart’s voice and outter one.Means;to me you are not listining to you,you are listining to your Guru.That the pathetic part of the entier story.Dear,I know you are good for everything.You are more than enough capable to take better decission.In no way I am deserving to suggest you otherwise.Neither I possess the right to ask you to go back and join Aditi Technology.But a decent request is there;
